$8000 first time buyer tax credit ending soon

The $8,000 tax credit ends soon!  First time buyers must close on their new house no later than November 30th.  As I mentioned in an earlier post, I think this is one of the main reason it seems as though the market has picked up so much in October. 

 
There has been much speculation about whether the tax credit will be extended or revised, but at this point we haven’t seen any concrete action of that being a reality.  If you really want to take advantage of the tax credit, we are likely in the last few days of being able to take action!!!
