365PDX#85: Rose Festival Fireworks
Today is the official opening of the Rose Festival. Because its the first day, you can come anytime today for free (of course you still have to pay for all the rides, games and food).
At 10pm, the fireworks start down on the river. If you are like me and you try to avoid the Rose Festival (but you still want to see the fireworks) head to the top of Mt. Tabor- the view is great and it’s pretty quiet.
