Concordia neighborhood is a popular close-in Northeast Portland area. Homes for sale in Concordia tend to sell quickly if they are priced well, as Concordia real estate is in high demand. The neighborhood runs from NE Columbia (North) to Prescott Street (South) from NE 22nd- NE 42nd. It borders the nearby neighborhoods of Alameda, Woodlawn, Vernon, Sabin, Cully, Beaumont-Wilshire and Sunderland. Much of the Alberta Arts neighborhood is actually in Concordia (although for the purpose of my real estate map, they are in different areas). The most well known businesses in Concordia are The New Seasons Grocery Store (33rd and Killingsworth), and Mcmenamins- Kennedy School. Residents of Concordia enjoy many restaurants and boutiques on Alberta, Killingsworth, and even 33rd and 42nd, so there is no shortage of fantastic shopping and eating nearby. For some play time, head over to Fernhill Park on 37th and Ainsworth where they have almost 25 acres of sports fields. Dogs and their owners can also be found playing at Alberta Park. Real Estate in Concordia runs from small affordable fixers to much larger and more expensive homes.
