Ladd's Addition Neighborhood Real Estate

Ladd’s Addition is a historical neighborhood in inner Southeast Portland- it is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Portland. Visitors to Ladd’s often describe the neighborhood as ‘a maze’ due due the diagonal running streets, and 5 turnarounds (all planted with roses). Homes for sale in Ladd’s Addition typically sell for more than in nearby Hawthorne or Division-Richmond.  Ladd’s addition neighborhood is lined with enormous elm trees, and beautiful older homes. Although Ladd’s Addition homes for sale has it’s own page on my site, it is actually in the Abernathy neighborhood.
