I just toured multiple homes for sale in inner Southeast Portland. If you're looking for an investment property in Portland, Southeast PDX is a great place to search for a rental, or home to live in. While the inner neighborhoods like Buckman, Hawthorne (Sunnyside), Abernathy, Reed and Ladds Addition tend to have more expensive homes, you can find many affordable properties that would make good rentals in other neighborhoods like Woodstock, Creston, South Tabor, Foster/Powell and Mt. Scott- including small plexes and multifamily properties.
